Tried to scam about the “broken radiator”, place was a dump already, wouldn’t recommend.

Don't expect to find "luxury" here!

Clen, warm, and the bed was comfortable. There is cheap parking a 5-minute walk away.

Comminication from the owner was very poor. I was not given entry details until 5 hours before my check-in time; this is not acceptable when travelling a long way, without knowing that you will be able to gain entry. Videos provided online showed different door locks and induction hobs to thise present. The property is in a rough area of Southampton. Multiple items of equipment are broken: shower cubicle doors not in the tracks and therefore unuseable; toilet roll holder hanging off the wall, towel rail that falls apart when you try to use it; broken crisper drawer in the fridge). I reported these to the owner immediately but received no response. I now worry that I will be billed for the broken items. I had to buy hand soap as the liquid soap provided had been diluted so much that it would not lather. The property is listed as "luxury", yet there is no luxury when staying somewhere charging over £100 a night and you can't even have a shower!

Good price

Location wasn't good, to busy and to far from the docks. Property was extremely warm (not the hosts fault) as hot outside. Duvet for downstairs was stained, only 1 pillowcase. No showergel as cleaner hadn't topped this up.
