The views are amazing and the location is quiet, everything you could need is there and the pool table and dartboard are a lot of fun.
We loved the fact that each room is colour themed and also the cottage remains cool even in this heat.
Dividing door between front door and hall blew shut but was missing a handle on the outside meant we had to get help to get back in. But it’s a very easy fix so I’m sure it won’t be a problem for others and I have to say it does not detract from how lovely the cottage is

Had a very lovely stay, lovely house, was very clean and comfortable. We loved the poor table, games and books. Very spacious. Despite the weather we did get to go for walks around the village. Local people were very friendly.
The only negative was the weather but despite that we ended up chilling at the house and had plenty to do to keep us busy.

Location was great for a quiet, calm breakaway. The cottage was very clean and warm on arrival and literally had everything you could want. The views were fantastic and the walks surrounding were picturesque. Lorna is a great host and communication was perfect.
The pool table and dart board was a great touch for a rainy day and drinks in.
Everyone we met in the village were sooo friendly and welcoming that we felt like locals in The Tunnels pub. Great find x
It's hard to find something we didn't like but if I had to be picky the master bed could be updated, the frame is cold and mattress is hard.
We like a good breakfast in the morning and the frying pans could fo with replacing.
