The size of the property was great. Took five of us with all our cycling clobber with ease. It also has a secure bike store under the property meaning we didn’t need to leave our bikes in our cars. The heating was very effective and the showers awesome.
The proximity to the local mountain bike trails is superb. Less than a 5 minute ride from the property you can pick a cycle path that will take you to both the Afan Forest MTB Trails or the Glyncorrwg MTB Trails. It also only a stones throw away from the local pub/restaurant, The Refreshment Rooms. We ate there both nights of our stay and found the food to be very good. It was also packed both nights and had a great atmosphere.

Good size, easy to get to cycle tracks and good footpaths.
Few cobwebs and steep stairs. Few carpet grippers on the stairs if your not wearing shoes. Uneven and noisy floors. Cigarette butts on the patio. Broken patio chairs. Rubbish left in the parking area.
Couldn’t find the dishwasher mentioned in your paper work.

Pretty good location and plenty of room for family of 6. Cleaning supplies left in the kitchen. Puzzles and games in the living room. Decent wi-fi.
The house didn’t seem very clean. There were marks all over the walls and woodwork, the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly and the carpets were filthy. There were only 5 dining chairs, room on the sofas for 5 people and 2 spoons - considering it’s a house to rent for 6 people. The single bed in the back bedroom had broken slats that kept dropping in the night. The gates on the garden were broken meaning that we couldn’t let the dogs or kid out safely. The ‘conservatory’ at the back leaked when it rained.
