Comfortable, clean inside, very close to Afan forest trails, well equipped kitchen, good shower
The outside of the whole apartment row is pretty off putting as it’s in need of repair (looks like work is part way through) but once inside can’t see that. Double bed is pretty hard, but bunk beds are softer.

Absolutely amazing property at a fantastic location with great amenities, all boxes catered for, full kitchen with separate shower and wc with washing machine and tumble drier, great conservatory with a fantastic tv couches and a hammock with a wonderful electric fire place, wonderful location with the patio having exceptional views of the mountains and it’s very serene and peaceful with very little disturbance

The place was spotless absolutely gorgeous.
You would need a car as there is not much there ....apart from a cycling park which was great for my partner and the cafe was lovely but quite expensive.
The only thing is if you have mobility problems the steps down to the property are very steep .....you need to be very steady on your feet to ho down them.
But the apartment really is lovely very quiet ......ideal if you were a writer ......so peaceful .....I certainly was not disappointed.
The steps going down to the property were so steep....I have problems with my left foot and I found going up them.a little difficult.
Just be aware you have to have good mobility for this apartment..

The location was lovely, and the conservatory was very nice .
The beds were comfortable.
The best thing about this place was the amazing Deli upstairs, beautiful food!
The cleanliness of the flat was not great.
We had to wash the cutlery, plates etc before using them.
There is a smell in the corridor where the washing machine is kept, which was not pleasant.
