The location is excellent for visiting the pyramids from Giza to Dahshur and the GEM, with a cheap grocery store across the street. The family that runs the place are very friendly with one of the sons driving us to Dahshur and Saqarra for a reasonable price. The room is as shown, with a fridge/freezer (freeze a large bottle of water to bring with you in the heat), AC and kitchenette. Great view of the middle Giza pyramid and partial of other two from the balcony outside the room door. We were supplied bottles of water. The building is on a side street a long block from the main road so while you can't avoid cars honking and dogs barking, it is minimal and not much after midnight - better than the times I stayed in central Cairo. Bring ear plugs anywhere in Cairo if you are sensitive. They helped with baggage as there is no lift/elevator.
If there is one thing I could improve it would be to replace the showerhead directly above you with one in your hand - but that may be a personal thing. Apart from that this was great.

El apartamento está renovado, es precioso, limpio y con vistas increíbles, tiene una terraza donde ofrecen el desayuno. Relación calidad-precio mejor imposible. Sin duda lo mejor fue la hospitalidad de Ahmed y su familia, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Me hubiera quedado una semana más allí solo para charlar con ellos.
