Very kind and nice staff, great location and the room was good as well!
The hot water was only lukewarm and for all the rooms there is only a single washing machine and a dyer.

Staff are very helpful and friendly here. Great value for money! Everything is in great condition. Loved the communal area and the communal kitchen. Free drinking water on every level of the rooms and there are paid laundry facilities on site. Location is great - within walking distance to lots of attractions and so many great places to eat near the accommodation.
No complaints here!

Location is perfect. Best area to get great food and easy to walk around the city. Was clean.
Check in at 4pm not good. When we questioned this with the staff member she proceeded to talk over us reading the list of payments we'd have to make if we lost anything of checked out late. No kettle or coffee in the room, everything is communal on ground floor. There wasnt even any soap by the sink, just a dispenser in the shower. Its more of a 'flashpacker' than hotel. Fine if thats what you want but not what we were looking for.
