I enjoyed my stay here at the hostel stories. Very near to the beach and clean place. Nice staff Vishal was very friendly and helpful. I recommend people to stay here :)

I had such a wonderful stay at Hostel Stories in Varkala. I honestly didn't expect my experience to be this memorable, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip.
The hostel is in a great location, close to the beach and everything you need. It's very clean, colorful, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and common areas are comfortable, and I could see the staff constantly cleaning and making sure the place stayed well maintained.
A special mention to Vishal, who made the experience even better. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every guest. We ended up becoming friends, and he even showed me some beautiful beaches around Varkala. I also noticed how hard he works every day, always helping guests, solving problems, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and included. His positive energy really adds to the hostel's amazing vibe.
I would highly recommend Hostel Stories to anyone visiting Varkala. Whether you're traveling solo or with friends, it's a place where you'll feel comfortable, welcomed, and well looked after. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again.

One of the friendliest hostels I've stayed in. The host welcomed me warmly and even helped with a late-night check-in, which i really appreciated after a long journey. The place is spotless, budget-friendly, and has a great social atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the cliff and beach.
If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and social hostel, this is definitely worth considering.

The hostel was not clean. The problem was that the bed was not clean; it looked like they hadn't cleaned it.
