This is a small hotel, having a limited set of rooms. Everything is brand new, rooms are well furnished. Has pine colored flooring and rooms and bathrooms were very clean.
The hotel is halfway up the hill on the south side, and is directly accessible by road, unlike other places on the cliff. Rooms have a side partial view of the varkala beach and entrance to the beach. There is enough space for parking.
We found our stay very comfortable. No attached dining, but therethere are many restaurants a short walk away.
There is no lift, so older folks may find it tough.

The property had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, and the location was excellent as well. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free throughout the stay. Luise was extremely helpful and made the overall experience even better. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Very close to the beach, very clean light and airy rooms, owners are lovely and very helpful with recommendations and organising transport, walking distance from most things.
Would be good to have hairdryers in each room, and the curtains don’t really cover the windows (top room had an outside light that shone in to the bed, wasn’t too bad though)

We had a perfect stay at this amazing guest house. The location is great - near to the beach but very quiet. Luise was so helpful suggesting some great places for dinner and assisting us in organising taxis and activities.
