Perfect location at the heart of Garut surrounded by lots of eatery places. My grandkids were so excited looking down from their room to a waterboom. It's not part of the hotel facility but we got free entrance. Unfortunately the pool water was a bit green unhygiene. The hotel pool was clean although it was a bit small like kid pool.
The main reason for booking this hotel was for the photos of waterboom park fron the hotel window. My grandkids were so excited about it. It's not part of the hotel facility but we got free entrance. central location, lots eatery places, near waterpark for kids, clean and cozy, nice hospitality service
The price. Too expensive for a small city like Garut.

I wish there can be shuttle buses to bring us around the city area.

The location is good, next to Ramayana Mall
They have many rooms per floor, there are only three lifts so far away from the room where we stayed. They don't provide bottled water but have a water dispenser in the lobby/aisle. Which isn't expected from an Accor group hotel.
The breakfast is also bad not as per Accor standard.
I understand from the front desk that the privilege rooms have better view. Superior room where we stayed had no view at all.
This isn't expected from Accor group hotel. Totally disappointed.
Past few years I have been staying at Santika Garut and they are far better than Mercure.
