The property was close to the airport which we needed for a very early morning flight. So it served the purpose as a very basic place to sleep for a few hours
The property while close to the airport was not close to anything else. We understood it was a hotel but it was an apartment in what appeared to be a 4 unit home

It is very close to the airport and free transfers are included. The owner was very kind and took us to a nearby cafe for dinner and brought us back to the apartment without any charge. We could pay by card.
The bathroom needs some improvement.
We also requested a transfer at 7 am. At 7:10 we called the owner’s son as these were the only contact details we had. He didn’t answer our call. So, we arranged a taxi. In a few minutes the person who was supposed to take us to the airport arrived and was surprised that we had not been warned that he could be 5-10 minutes late. It seems that sometimes guest want to leave the same time and there are not enough cars to take them, so some have to wait. Keep it in mind and discuss the time of your transfer.

- darmowy transport na lotnisko (około 10 min autem)
- duży przestronne mieszkanie z kuchnią i łazienką, salonem oraz dwoma sypialniami
- Google TV z Youtube I polskimi filmami
- darmowe późniejsze wymeldowanie o 14:30 (lot mieliśmy o 17:30)
- blisko do sklepu Carrefour (8 min na pieszo)
- możliwość płatności gotówką i kartą
- blisko do katedry w w Eczmiadzynie

There was nothing like the photos of the place, I think the location was slightly different as well. No cards were accepted, only cash. The crane in the bathroom fell apart. The surroundings are scary to walk around. Communication by whatsapp, not booking.com messages.
After the stay was over in a couple of weeks the property changed the price of the stay to a very low (tax reasons, I assume).
I’d rather not trust this property.
