Convenient location to where we needed to visit. Nice room and comfortable beds.
They had not prepared our room for 3 visitors. I had to ask for an extra cup, towel and more tea, coffee and milk sachets. Two nights running, very early in the morning I was woken up by staff talking loudly outside our bedroom window. Our room was above the bar and outside smoking area.

Staff were lovely, particularly the gentleman on the desk in the morning, room was clean and tidy, had an issue with the keycard which was immediately resolved.
Rooms 1-6 (we stayed in room 1) were a long way from the entrance, not a terrible thing but this was the only negative I experienced.
