Overall great hotel clean and easy to find

It was very clean and we had Ac so it helped a lot cause of the heat

Communication was lowkey bad it would be much easier to charge the whole payment at once and also there was no soap or hand wash there blankets were too thin and the pillows also very small and thin.

Landlord Entered My Apartment Without Permission-Terrible Experience

Nothing..very bad experience

I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at this property. From the moment I arrived, the landlord tried to pressure me into canceling my booking through the Booking app to “make a deal,” which I refused. Before check-in, he asked for a €500 cash security deposit, but at arrival he suddenly said I “didn’t need” to pay because I’m a woman and “won’t cause damage”—a very unprofessional and inappropriate comment. He then demanded €60 for towels and linen, which was not listed anywhere on the booking. I refused and used my own towels. The worst incident happened 4 days before checkout: the landlord entered the apartment without my knowledge or permission while I was outside and added an electric stove. When I confronted him and asked him “ did you enter the apartment?” He lied and told me no I didn’t enter and he became extremely rude and tried to blame me, saying I “left the door open do someone else has entered,” which is completely untrue. He then threatened me by demanding a €1000 deposit because “ he didn’t trust me anymore” and told me I must pay or “check out immediately.” He continued to act aggressive, offensive, and kept insisting on the deposit, even though he was the one who violated my privacy. Because of this unacceptable situation, I decided to check out immediately at night, well before my actual checkout date, simply because I no longer felt safe staying there. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and made me feel unsafe. I strongly advise Booking to review this host and take action, and I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The property is nice and decent, but the owner is not transparent and a bit suspicious.

The property is nice and clean.

Upon our arrival, the owner requested an additional fee for sheets and towels (60 euros). instead of the security deposit of 500 euros, He offered a payment option of 50 euros, but it was non-refundable, which was acceptable. Apart from the full amount we had already paid through Booking.com, we were required to pay an additional 164 euros. Once we had transferred the funds via bank transfer, the owner called us and asked us to cancel the booking on Booking.com. It appeared that he intended to charge a cancellation fee of 175 euros for this cancellation. The reason for requesting a cancellation after we had paid the full amount plus the extra 164 euros, which were not mentioned in the Booking.com listing, was unclear. The owner’s lack of transparency was concerning.
