Czysty pokój dużo udogodnień

- The rooms were clean, modern, and fully met our visual expectations.
- The complimentary welcome treats (water, lemonade, and cookies) were a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
- Unprofessional communication: The host ignored specific questions and replied exclusively in Italian.
- Unnecessary check-in stress: We rushed and stressed over a 20-minute bus delay because we thought the key handover was in person. The host just replied "ok" and never bothered to mention it was a remote check-in.
- Waiting on the street: We were left standing outside in the heat with our heavy luggage because the host would not unlock the door until we sent photos of our IDs.
- Poor soundproofing: The three apartments are connected by adjoining doors, making it incredibly noisy and offering very little privacy.
- Bad location: The surrounding area is unattractive and feels like one of the worst neighborhoods in Naples.
- Inappropriate demands: The host had the audacity to explicitly message us and ask for a 10/10 rating.

Ottima posizione. Vicino a quasi tutto.
L'host fa trovare snack e bibite all'interno.
