We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond anything we expected. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience special.
The attention to detail was truly remarkable. Whether it was the beautiful room, the thoughtful surprises, the incredible food, or the way the team always anticipated our needs, everything felt perfectly taken care of. You can really feel how much pride the staff takes in creating unforgettable experiences for their guests.
What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality. Everyone treated us with such genuine kindness that it made our stay feel very personal and memorable. It honestly felt like one of the best service experiences we have ever had in our lives.
This place will always hold a special memory for us, and we are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making our stay so perfect. We will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and hope to return again in the future.

Best room ever best trip ever and I’ve traveled the world ! The place was most beautiful I have ever seen everything was very clean ! We were treated by royalty everyone was so nice and friendly the food was amazing views amazing value amazing they wash your feet with herbs and flowers before your massage they do your Laundry main attractions not to far away and they arrange a driver wherever u want to go in a luxury car we felt like royalty it was perfect for a honeymoon

This place was amazing in all aspects. Wonderful setting and ambiance. The villas were beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Highly, highly recommend staying here.
