About this house rental
Create fantastic memories in this gorgeously detailed, expansive home on a quiet cul de sac. The open concept main floor provides easy flow between living, dining and kitchen areas. And what a kitchen, with gleaming granite and chef amenities like an induction stove!
Indoors and out this property offers an abundance of space with fun activities for your group, including hot tub, bocce ball court, home theatre room, pool/pingpong table and shuffle board.
The dual level outdoor patio is wow!
Each of the four bedrooms has its own full ensuite bathroom, for the ultimate in comfort and convenience.
The principal bedroom has a king bed with its own private balcony for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
The other three bedrooms have queen beds.
The full property is available for your enjoyment except for access to the garage.
During your stay you have the full team of LaTray Stays online for any questions you have, and of course we are available by phone for urgent requests. Please check the home manual for details.
The house sleeps up to eight guests in four beds. If you have 2-3 more guests staying overnight, please contact the host to enquire on additional airbeds.
Up to two pets allowed during the stay, if approved by host. Please enquire. Additional pet fee is $30/pet per night.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.
Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Plenty of things to keep two young kids entertained during down time. Quiet neighborhood. Good location if trying to visit or do things on the west side of Rochester. Good communication with host throughout visit.

This property is described as spectacular and that is absolutely right. It was very clean and the layout was perfect. Four nice bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Great place to share with friends. Convenient location to Churchville, Rochester and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay there again when traveling with family and friends.

Our host Cheryl, was excellent! She made sure the home was extremely clean and welcoming. We felt we had our own space but could reach out to our host at a moments notice if need be, very accommodating. I will be returning next time I am in the area and if you are looking for an exclusive experience, look no further this is one!
