Accessibility to the ocean and a great view. The complex was very clean and kept nice. The beach area was clean and very inviting. There were many great restaurants near the facility and many interesting places to see.
You need an elevator in the building. For folks with handicaps, the stairs are very difficult to accomplish. And having a little taller toilet would be a plus. The 14 inch tall toilets leave much to be desired. As an older person, a 16 inch tall toilet is much easier to use.

Very nice, entire 1 bedroom apt with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Private gated parking and beach access, wonderful views of the beach from the balcony, beach chairs and toys for the kids incl.
No complaints, only issue we had was a slow draining tub

Нам понравилось все! Все, что есть в описании и на фото, соответствует действительности! Очень чистая квартира, прекрасное расположение. В квартире есть все, что нужно для проживания. Замечательные стиральная машина и сушка, даже гель для стирки. Вся посуда для приготовления и принятия пищи. Зонты и лежаки для пляжа, игрушки для детей и доска для катания.
Два душа в номере! Мощный фен. Белоснежные полотенца для ванны и отдельно полотенца для пляжа. Квартира имеет кухню, гостиную, спальню, ванную, замечательную уютную соловую, балкон с видом на океан.
В квартире все настолько продумано для гостей, что ты можешь приехать просто с рюкзаком своей одежды и отдыхать ни о чем не думая.
Отдельное спасибо Марку, он очень внимательный, быстро отвечает на все вопросы. У нас был поздний рейс на самолет и нам разрешили продлить пребывание.

Says oceanfront. We barely had a view at all!!! Apt was not clean - dusty. Fixtures had cobwebs.
