All in all a good stay.

Location and communication with the host was excellent. Because we have arrived in the evening complementary bottle of water was a nice touch. Everything was clean and there were all appliances needed for a nice and short stay.

We have stayed in the apartment on the first floor and on the first night there was some leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom but next day it was fixed by hosts technician. Other days there were some leaking, as I assume from the sewer outlet near the toilet. Manageable but still. Also when in the kitchen/living room area you can hear everything and everyone who enters apartments main entryway.

A fantastic apartment, in a fantastic city with a fantastic host

Great location, easy access to shops, the beach, restaurants and buses. Yuly was a wonderful host, who was available whenever needed and helped us when we needed it. The terrace is a lovely bonus in the evening as well as for hanging washing and Puerto del Rosario is beautifully local.

The WiFi was patchy, especially in the evening and didn't connect at all at times and the bedrooms, although on different floors, aren't fully enclosed so privacy was a slight issue.

Estancia de una semana y cuatro días. Buena localización y zona tranquila. Al llegar te facilitan una botella de agua, dos pastillas para el lavavajillas, jabón para lavar los platos, y también una bayeta y estropajo, lo cual se agradece. En el baño disponen de gel de ducha, jabón de manos y papel higiénico. A los días nos trajeron nueva ropa de cama, toallas y un tendedero que no teníamos. El personal muy atento y amable en todo momento.
