Super location - spotless clean - really lovely helpful staff. Great hot water shower and shower pressure - fridge kettle and nice sheets all added to it. Allowed early check in from my flight.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are visually appealing.
Hotel entrance is in a weird alleyway which can be very off putting at first. Rooms are not soundproof, and you can often hear people talking in the corridor. Bathroom is tiny, and the bathroom tap water seems unclean and has a slightly sticky residue. View from bedroom window is not the best. And the elevator is
old at around 90 years old but still works.
Also, didn’t appreciate the fact that majority of the reviews on Booking and Google seem fake.
