Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert von Gepäck ins Zimmer bringen bis hin zu Frühstück und Wäsche waschen (gegen Aufpreise). Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Tangalle Beach entfernt, befindet sich aber generell in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend ohne Touristenmassen.
Während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes versuchten verschiedene Mitglieder der Familie uns Fahrten,Transporte, Safaris und weitere Leistungen aufzudrängen - dabei wurde sich teilweise übergriffig verhalten: das Handy wurde aus der Hand gerissen oder man hat ohne Erlaubnis auf das Handy geschaut und dann z.B. kommentiert was darauf zu sehen war.
Wenn Leistungen abgelehnt wurden (weil man zum Beispiel bereits einen Fahrer oder eine Safari organisiert hatte) wurde nicht locker gelassen, auch nicht nach einem klaren "Nein".
Des weiteren hörten wir nachts mehrfach Vögel auf unserem Dach, was so laut war, dass wir trotz Ohrstöpsel nicht durchschlafen konnten.

The Villa itself is very nice, modern and clean. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was incredible with an open roof. They provide beach towels and a very cute wicker basket bag for the beach. The staff couldn’t be more helpful arranging Tuk Tuks when needed and onward travel.
You must try their restaurant/food both for breakfast and dinner. It was some of the best food we had on our 2 week trip, the breakfast in particular was incredible and huge! Make sure to order the fish for dinner if you go.

Lovely family that run the accommodation, very helpful. Great value, comfortable bed, great AC, lovely balcony to pass the evening away listening to all the animals. Close to the beach, although you cannot swim in the sea closest to the accommodation but if you keep walking along the beach for 10 mins or so you’ll find safer sea waters. Surrounded by great little restaurants.
The hot water didn’t work while we were there but a cold shower was actually fine given the heat. Although in a peaceful area, the street dogs loved making noise at night but that’s just Sri Lanka!

Die Familie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum- neu und toll ausgestattet mit einer klasse Küche. Wir sind mit unserem kleinen Baby gereist und hatten dort eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Würden immer wieder kommen. Wunderschöner Platz! Vielen Dank.
