There were a lot of great amenties on and aroun the property and the location was very good
Our experience with this property was disappointing from the start. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived at 5:30 p.m., the home was still being cleaned, and we were asked to return at 6:00 p.m. This delayed the start of our stay and was inconvenient.
I contacted the property management regarding the delay and was initially offered only an additional 30 minutes at checkout as compensation, which I did not feel was appropriate given the circumstances. After expressing my concerns, I was told they would provide a later checkout and activate the heated pool.
However, this created additional confusion because the listing gave the impression that the heated pool was included with the rental. I was later informed that pool heating is actually an optional service costing an additional $30 per day.
Despite being told we would receive a later checkout, we still received automated checkout instructions requiring us to vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. or risk additional fees. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and delayed check-in made for a frustrating experience. I hope the property management improves its communication and ensures the property is ready at the advertised check-in time for future guests.

It was beautiful and comfortable!
A staff member in the club house’s front desk stole my debit card that I mistakenly left on the desk counter. They tried to use the card after the club house closed.

Beautifully presented property that felt like home as soon as we stepped in.
A big shout out to Vitor from Welfare Holiday homes for their excellent communication and actioning items from the day we booked to the day we left.
Something really small - the ironing board was a table top one which made it difficult to use.
It also didn’t have a kettle or anywhere to hang cloths that couldn’t be tumble dried, however, I asked and the managers and when I advised these items were not there, we had both items on our door step the very next day.
