Beautiful setting, awesome hot tub. Loved the comfort of the beds and sofa’s.
A couple of our towels looked dirty, looked like big red and poop on them.
Odor of urine in the downstairs bathroom.
Only 4 towels so we had to wash them daily. ( 4 adults= 4 showers daily)
We left a new fan upstairs for the next guests( we love air flow).

Wonderful location in the mountains surrounded by trees, yet very close to town and all the attractions and a short drive to the National park. Serene and wonderful when relaxing in the hot tub on the deck.
What is there not to like? An amazing cabin.

the hot tub was nice, and it actually worked very well. the cabin was far enough away from Pigeon Forge but close enough not to have a long drive to go do things. The cabin was very quiet, and the upstairs bed was comfortable. We went during the Summer, so it was around 95 degrees, to make it cool and comfortable we had to turn the thermostat to 64, it remained at that temperature for a while during the night.
The cabin is advertised as a two-bedroom cabin, it is not a two-bedroom cabin at all, it is a one bedroom with a loft. The carpet is absolutely disgusting which is located on the stairs and upstairs in the loft and the lower bedroom. If you book this cabin, remember to bring house slippers. I made the mistake of stepping my barefoot on the carpet and it felt like grease was covered in it. Makes you wonder what they actually clean with that cleaning fee they charge. The only fan is located in the living room area high up where you don't really feel it. The bedrooms stay hot; it would be a lot more comfortable if the cabin had ceiling fans in the loft and bedroom. There wasn't a dishwasher so either bring paper plates or wash the plates by hand. I personally didn't trust any of the dishes or utensils, so I prewashed them before I used them. I would advise doing the same if I were you. The drive up is paved, steep, but paved, there are numerous warning signs not to attempt to drive up in icy conditions. So, if you're looking for a winter cabin to rent, I would be cognizant of the weather or look elsewhere. The upstairs bathroom is a little odd, the roof rafters are exposed and if you happen to be groggy or half asleep, you may meet one of those rafters with your head. That is just a cautionary tale from my own experience.
