Cozy apartment in Santos area

Great location, small cozy place

Check-in was complicated and host not so responsive in general. In a whole week, no cleaning was sent. Neither were they tools like a broom to clean. The flat is on the top floor, with very small steps. So if you have luggage, it is very difficult.

Very nicely located, we had the option to join the festa junina right under the apartment.

Very nice, clean apartment, good-sized bed, bathroom really clean, when the windows opened during evening, the temperature was good for sleeping.

The keys were connected from an app. I had to share my personal email to gain access to the app that I had to download to access the apartment. I was under a false impression that the place had an AC so that was the only problem as it was really warm but the fan worked just fine.

We didnt stayed there at all. When we got to the apartment the upp for opening the door was not working. We connected the owner and he open the door from afar, then as the door opened 3 cockroaches ran at us so we got scared, shut the door and left while informing the owner about the situation in real time. We had to find a new hotel last minute and pay for another stay. We also complaind to booking customer services and we are looking for a refund. The whole dialog with the owner was a shame and we would write a real feedback about our bad experience on the website.

Super-schönes neu renoviertes Appartement! Man muss zwar in den 2. Stock hoch laufen, aber die Lage und das Appartement sind traumhaft! Für den Zugang muss man eine App herunterladen, die dann prima funktioniert hat :-) Absolut empfehlenswert!
