The property is tucked away on one of the side streets in Montmatre, close to the Cathedral and a short walk away from all the main tourist sites. It’s quiet in the neighbourhood and the property is kept in clean condition, with all amenities. Bedding is very comfortable and all cooking utensils are there, though we didn’t use them.
As 2 women staying there, felt uncomfortable the day we arrived, as a couple of the male residents were standing outside the main entrance and looked a bit suspect. They asked us if we had the code to get in and offered to let us in if we hadn’t.
I would recommend using the Anvers metro station as that’s a safer place to walk from. Avoid Chateau Rouge and Barbes Rouchouart- not safe areas!

It was equipped with a fan for each room which made the heatwave more bearable. Both the sofa bed and main bed were extremely comfortable. Exceptionally clean apartment with plenty of clean towels provided for the two of us that were staying. It is located in one of my favourite parts of Paris, inside a lovely courtyard with quiet and friendly neighbours.
I would recommend staying here but I also hope that it stays available for future business trips.
Maybe one extra bath mat however we were showering a lot more than usual to cope with the heat. an AC/dehumidifier would be ideal but are very hard to implement in Parisian buildings.

The location was good.
The room was very damp and didn’t smell nice.
The sofabed was too small for 2 people and was not comfortable.
