Excelente, espaço do apartamento, atendimento, serviços disponíveis, preço justo.
Algumas instalações são antigas e estão desgastadas, precisando de manutenção.(Ex. assento do vaso sanitário)

Fiz reserva para 3 famílias, fomos em grupos de 4 pessoas.
As acomodações estavam despreparadas a para receber o quantitativo de pessoas (4) em cada apartamento. Não tinha roupas de cama suficientes em algumas acomodações, sequer travesseiros. Em uma delas, o sofá estava quebrado. Os banheiros não tinham ducha higiênica.
