Great location and very well set up with lots of amenities. The apartment was exactly as described & suited us perfectly.
Very convoluted secondary check-in process with a demand after expiry of the cancellation period for photographic ID and a bond held for up to 10 days. This company needs to sort out a mechanism with their bank to put holds on cards, not deduct payments for a non-service.

Location & facilities on site 10/10 - Boot room/dry room. & dog wash area along with kids playground. Good soundproofing & beds comfy. Kitchen small but all amentities for cooking.
Cleaniness was poor - mould came out of sinks & bath tub during every use. Long black hairs on floors & in all bedding as if it hadnt been changed. This was disappointing and a big let down. No hooks on back of doors so not ideal for coats or towels to dry. Bottle opener too small so couldnt use it, tea/coffee station in flat not fully restocked so small things felt like they added up and attention to detail lacking.
