Location was great, apartment was nice, beds were comfy, a good space for a group and the pub downstairs was a bonus. No real noise issues from the pub and they did great food and drink and very welcoming.
Need to have a word with the cleaner. Arrived to find dishwasher full but hadn’t been started. Bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied and had make up pads and such in it. One tea towel for the kitchen, so hard to cook, wash and dry. I feel like the owners never stayed as a guest. The place is nice but a little more thought is needed in terms of amenities.

Great little pub
Food order was wrong, sorted out.

Quirky and easy access. Nice 3 double bedrooms. We were at a wedding in Yalding so great location. Other than breakfast we didn’t use facilities but had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms was great for everyone to get ready at a leisurely pace. Nice pub, beer garden and staff for evening drink. Great coffee machine, pods provided.
Nothing really, stairs a little narrow and a lot of them so maybe not suitable for anyone unsteady on their feet.

A spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment in an area ideal for exploring all the area has to offer.
If you are looking for peace and quiet and a good night's sleep you need to be aware that this apartment is above a very noisey pub.
