服務人員 zaky and eka的服務非常周到，一開始會介紹房間，也會幫忙抬行李。

とっても綺麗で広いのに、価格が安くて最高でした。
プールもついているので、時間を気にせず入れて楽しかった。
ホテルのスタッフはホテルにいないので、急に行っても荷物を預けることができない。
早めに連絡すれば対応してくれると思います。

The communication was seamless. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location was slightly out of the city centre but easily accessible via the Grab app. I highly recommend this accommodation.
There should be instructions for the ceiling fan, it doesn’t turn on from the remote unless the switch on the wall is on.
