The Space
A two-bedroom apartment on a single level (external stairs), just outside central Queenstown.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your preferred configuration directly.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace, smart TV, and balcony.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster.
Standard configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed
Bed configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: internal and external: External stairs from garage; internal stairs within unit - about 16 each set
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Everything was in good shape. Very pretty unit with a fabulous view. Lots of usable space. There is a French press in the unit for coffee. My one issue was that our heated bathroom floor was stuck on high. It was so hot that it was hard to stand in there for any length of time. The other bathroom it seemed like the heated floor did not work at all. I told the management company, but they did not seem interested in coming to fix it but rather told me how to turn it off when it already was off. But that issue aside I would definitely recommend staying here. Great base to explore Queenstown!
