Kia Ora and Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for fantastic views of the majestic Remarkable mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. Just imagine soaking up those epic views! Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels, on Queenstown Hill, close to the town centre. The living areas look out to lake and mountain view.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, with lake and mountain view.

Bathrooms: Two Full Bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower-over-bath set up.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump and smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster.

Balcony: Small balcony off of the living area with seating for two. Perfect for a morning coffee!

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs only.

The garage is NOT for guest use.

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (200Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Got a late flight out or an early arrival? Drop your bags with us free of charge — after check-out if you're not leaving until later, or before check-in if you've landed early — and go explore hands-free.



Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
