It also includes two lanais, perfect for outdoor entertaining and soaking in the island’s natural beauty. An outdoor shower adds a touch of convenience and island charm, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Our villa is fully furnished with elegant Hawaiian-inspired decor that perfectly complements its tropical surroundings, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa’s prime location includes convenient parking and proximity to some of Kauai’s most stunning attractions. Just a short stroll down Hotel 1's stairs, you'll find the white sand beaches of Puu Poa, Hanalei's Bay and across the street is the famed Hideaways Trailhead, Fort Alexander's bluff, as well as access to tennis courts, golf courses, and scenic walking trails that wind through the picturesque community of Princeville. This is a very special place run by very thoughtful hosts. I have never felt more welcome and comfortable in a short term rental home. I honestly didn’t want to leave! The owners have prepared for all of your possible needs. My family of four had plenty of space and privacy. The quiet location is fantastic with wonderful views outside of each window. The beautifully decorated, immaculate house is even more impressive in person than in the photos. There are a few different picturesque beaches and gorgeous ocean views within walking distance. On our last day we snorkeled at Hideaway Beach (across the street) and saw several turtles. There is a shopping center about a 10 minute drive away with a nice market, shopping, restaurants and Lapperts ice cream (which I also definitely recommend). This home is truly a gem and we look forward to returning.

This was such a delightful experience! Lynn and Damien were so welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout the process. The property is located in a great area and truly felt like the perfect vacation spot. It was clean, spacious, had every amenity you could need, with direct walking access to Poipu Beach and One Hanalei Bay hotel restaurants. The perfect location in Princeville, thank you Lynn and Damien!

We had a great time in Kauai! Spectacular place.Spent 10 days at this lovely Villa. Immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable and well equipped. Great lighting and settings. Hosts were very attentive and welcoming. Included special "extras" that were greatly appreciated. Parking right in front of the Villa.2 beautiful beaches close by and relatively close (10 mints by car) to Hanalei village and Hanalei bay beach. Most amazing sunsets right across the street!This was our base, we went all around the Island exploring and it was incredible. Would highly recommend.
