Fall 2026: JUST Re-Opened after extensive improvements & Deep-Clean! Read all reviews not just the bad one that airbnb decides should be on-top! We have addressed all issues and this is lovely, well cared-for home that we have put loving attention into making a charming, welcoming modern home with old-village character.
This comfortable Park Circle bungalow offers plenty of room to relax, work, and spend time together, whether you’re visiting Charleston for a family vacation, a weekend with friends, or an extended work trip. The home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple workspaces, a dedicated game room, fitness equipment, and inviting outdoor areas.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, and single rollaway bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and Smart TV
Additional sleeping: Single rollaway bed for added flexibility
The second full bathroom is located off the hallway and shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3.
Kitchen & Dining
The bright kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, featuring brand-new appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig, and a traditional drip coffee maker. The dining table seats up to seven guests.
Work & Entertainment
Three dedicated desks—one in the living room and two in the bedrooms—provide comfortable workspace for multiple remote workers.
The dedicated game room includes a mini pool table, electronic dartboard, and Smart TV. Guests can also enjoy a Nintendo Wii with games, board games, cornhole, and bocce ball.
Fitness & Laundry
The home includes a small fitness area with dumbbells, a yoga mat, exercise ball, and rotating push-up handles. A brand-new Electrolux front-loading washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
Outdoor Living & Parking
Enjoy Charleston’s weather from the furnished front porch or the small, fully fenced side yard. A propane grill is provided for outdoor cooking. Parking is available in the driveway and legally along the street.
Optional Paradiso Club Access
Guests may inquire about discounted access to the private Paradiso Club in the nearby Mixson neighborhood. The club offers a resort-style pool, gym, wellness classes, dining, poolside cabanas, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabana rentals are available for an additional fee.
Please contact us at least two weeks before arrival to inquire about availability. Reservations require at least 24 hours’ notice, and access is limited and not guaranteed because Paradiso is a private membership club.
Pets welcome with $60.00 pet fee! Please, no pets on furniture and pick up after them in the yard.
Please only park in driveway. Guests will be fined for parking on street.

Had trouble with the lock code but eventually got in. House had smoke smell even tho a No Smoking listing. The host offered to bring air fresheners. Overall stay was OK.

Clean property, beds ok, bathrooms could use toilet paper holder and toilet is not seated properly in bathroom between bedrooms. Kitchen had updated appliances, to include washer/dryer which was useful.

The house was really nice. Unfortunately it had a strong weed odor the whole weekend. Today, as we were cleaning up to leave, we found weed buds on top of the fridge. The smell felt like it was in the air filters and would not dissipate.
