The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and had such a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the staff that made our trip feel extra special.
A very special thank you to Karima for her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and her warm hospitality really made a difference. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit.
We would absolutely love to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating.
En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room.

Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.

Had an amazing time at the hotel. Staff were exceptional and had a truly welcoming reception on our arrival. Immense credit to the social ground staff that engaged with us throughout our stay and the chefs and cleaners behind the scenes.
