Doolhof in Palmerai om er te geraken. Geen borden, donker, geen naambord aan hotel.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le personnel est adorable, mention spéciale à Youssef, qui nous a servi avec gentillesse. Je recommande cet établissement.

Si je devais donné un défaut, ce serait qu’il manque un petit frigo dans la chambre et une bouilloire

Lovely location outside of the Medina and the main pool area and surrounding grounds were lovely. Staff were friendly and acommodated a late check out. This hotel has a lot of potential and the owner and a member of his team were on site looking into the issues.

There were unfortunately a number of small things that in combination made for a frustrating and disappointing stay. Thankfully it was only for 1 night. Our booking was for 2 x double beds and a sofa bed which was confirmed, but on arrival there were only 2 x beds, no sofa. While eventually they did bring a spare bed, it was not offered we had to insist and they seemed confused about how the booking said sofa bed when there is no sofa in the room. The toilet did not flush, which we reported and they called a technician but 2 hours later it was still broken.The bathroom had an unpleasant damp smell. The shower flooded within 2 minutes as the drain was completely blocked, the shower head was faulty and the water came out of the sides not the sprinkle holes. The flood soaked the bathroom floor and rendered the bathroom unusable for an hour or so after. No one cleared the wet towels we had used to mop the flood and they were still there the next day when we checked out. There was no update about when the toilet would be repaired, so we asked when the toilet would be fixed and were told that the technician had 'been informed' but it could be a few hours (it was already 6pm - it was fixed later that evening). When the bathroom flooded they offered us the use of another room close by as they had received a cancellation - they were apologetic and helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the original room. I don't know what would have happened if this was not an option. As it was our last day in Morocco we ate at the hotel for dinner but the food options on the menu were limited and not very tasty. The breakfast was also basic (compared to our 2 other stays) and the bread/cake was not covered and there were a lot of flies all around - very unappetising. The sun lounger covers weren't very clean, one bed frame & sheet were very dirty -pink drink spill and other stains, and was still there the next day. Various things not securely fixed...
