Le personnel très accueillant et aimable. Pharmacie restaurant et magasin juste à l’entrée c’est parfait.
Dans le logement trop de choses abîmés ou cassés.

Very spacious villa apartments especially convenient for families, fully functional kitchen and washing machine ,
Next to the pool. The host Mehdi has been exquisite in organising every aspect of our stay which made our stay superfluous and the housekeeper Ilam absolutely wonderful! Although the villa was far into the Palmerie complex reception was always helpful sending us a car with a driver for convenience complimentary to move around for local shopping. Great base to explore Marrakech, the desert and the Atlas Mountains, and great value for money!
The complex could use a touch up of paint but the apartment was in very good condition. Having the reception is a closer proximity would be preferable

The facility is great; modern, spacious and clean.
The staff wasn't very professional and could learn a thing or two about customer service
