The house is very spacious, beautiful and modern with wooden floors on the ground floor. Loved the kitchen but was difficult to find the switch for the lights and the fan over the hob - it was behind the fridge. Owner was very helpful after we had terrible communication with Sykes Cottages, who managed the property. Location was very quiet and had a beautiful view to the sea. Kitchen was well-equipped with a lovely selection of herbal teas and spices. There were two fish in a tank, whom we really liked but their filter was not working and water was not clean - they need more plants! Loft area was a gamer's paradise with lots of games, an XBOX, DVDs, etc. but the baby stuff was unnecessary.
0, Communication at the beginning was non-existent. Sykes cottages (?) kept sending the same copy-paste auto-generated messages without answering any of our questions or requests and wanted us to create an account on their website to manage the booking. On the last day we had to call their customer service and ask for the contact details of the owner, who was very helpful with everything. 1, The bathroom on the ground floor had no proper ventilation, it was dark, had no window and one of us almost fainted while having a bath for lack of oxygen. She was not using a candle, luckily. The shower had a weird remote control. 2, Rooms upstairs had no curtains or blinds on the windows and no-one could sleep well because of the light coming in through the skylights. Those who tried to sleep there were super tired the next day. The loft area was also noisy when it was raining and windy. 3, Carpeting and baby stuff was too much upstairs. 4, Shower room upstairs was very small and there was no place for the towels or anything really. It needs more racks and shelves. 5, Golf course was way too close to the cars parked in the street, didn't feel safe.

The accommodation is one of the best I've seen. Thank you, it was a privilege to have been able to stay here. Love what you've done with the space. Genuinely stunning!

Walking in is overwhelming! Photos are good but they simply don't reflect how stunning this place is. Finished to a very high standard and the size of the rooms 👌.
I really cannot fault this place. Very clean, well looked after and everything we needed was available. Right on the beach and views from the windows were unbeatable.
Thank you again. We will definitely stay again. I was annoyed at my sister moving so far from us but am now chuffed as shes nearby and the reason we visited. Weve found our base for every visit we have with her.
I have no negatives to report from our stay. It was exceptional.
