We enjoyed our stay.

It was very hard finding out where to pick up the key.

Beautiful location but get back to looking after guests!

The location is great.

Emails from bookings.com were confusing! Usually you book, arrive, pick up a key and your holiday starts but this didn't happen! The on site manager has been sacked, that's a huge mistake, fortunately he was at the accommodation as he still plays a minor role there and he helped us work out where to get a key. The on going emails from bookings.com prior to our arrival were very vague and not clear, they referred to registering or something, when did that happen?? As I said, use the manager you had, he was great! Also it would be nice to have tea, coffee and milk in the fridge, that was disappointing and cheap. .
