Enjoyable & comfortable we were just disappointed about no view

The property is an updated motel which is done very well. It’s got everything you need for a short stay if you’re happy with a studio situation. It’s a great location close to everything. Excellent smart TV was much appreciated as was coffee machine & pods - well done!

The unit we were allocated had NO view except a slightly overgrown small courtyard. Perhaps we should have checked if other options were available. Also the blinds don’t lock out all the light at night - not a big deal but could be for some people. It’s right next door to the Lorne hotel so depending on where your unit is there might be noise

Proximity to Lorne Beach, shops and restaurants. Immaculately clean and newly tastefully renovated rooms. Also liked the positive interaction with the support team.

A few teething problems were experienced but these were remedied by an attentive support team.
