Wat een fijne ervaring!We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf. Aan alles is gedacht om het verblijf zo comfortabel en gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken. De informatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf was heel duidelijk en uitgebreid. Vooral de YouTube-filmpjes vonden we een ontzettend leuke en handige toevoeging.Ook de hosts waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze denken echt met je mee en stonden klaar met goede tips en informatie wanneer we die nodig hadden.
Een prachtig en sfeervol appartement, met ontzettend veel aandacht voor detail. Je merkt dat de hosts er echt alles aan doen om hun gasten een fijne tijd te bezorgen. Absoluut een aanrader en we zouden hier zeker weer verblijven!

We loved the unique apartment, full mod coms! perfect city location! Amazing host! Very clean, could do with some aircon. Thats the only thing i could hold against the beautiful apartment. Will definitely come again x

Such a funky quaint accommodation in Vilnius. Loved the walls and curious use of angles/spaces for storage. The lighting was top notch and the biggest tv ever! Perfect stay!

The video Markus prepared showing how to open the key safe, and unlock the doors, was very valuable - I would not have been able to it without this as it is quite tricky, and I'm sure written instructions would have been very clear. Also video on the lights etc was very helpful. The apt is lovely, cozy, has a huge TV and sound system, and bed very comfortable. Advanced lighting system and clean. I felt safe and it's on a main bus route and I could actually want to the Old Town which is definitely worth visiting. Very pleasant walk, 18000 steps walking from apt to the river and back! Nice coffee shop on one side, michelin restaurant (The Barn? I think it's called) on the other side, both of which are extremely convenient, and Maxim just 5 mins walk away up the hill.
The side door which links the lift had a problematic lock. I know in the video Markus advised this needs 'jiggling' but when I arrived I tried it, and despite every type of attempt to 'wiggle', lift, or otherwise, with the door, I could not get back in using that entry point. I had taken the main set of keys, so went back in using the front/main entrance, but I had specifically wanted to use the lift. Later on in my stay I used this entry point and it didn't stick again, but I was slightly worried that it was going to get stuck again. I think the lock perhaps needs changing to eliminate this issue. Unfortunately the hot water in the shower only lasted 5 mins. Markus initially said it needed a new part/thermostat and subsequently said he changed the whole boiler. This meant I was left with shampoo in my hair which was frustrating. I was away for 2 nights & in that time, Markus did pull out all the stops and get the repair done and hot water was great after this. Could not get the induction hob to work - I think there's a fault. I followed the instructions but they were in Lithuanian. I did however google it in English but it did not work. We never resolved this so I had to boil eggs in the kettle! The wash hand basin in the bathroom pipes leaked on the floor and slight smell of mould in that room. Markus, again, did respond very quickly and fixed it for which I am grateful. The towels are not very luxurious (not great quality) and didn't smell particularly nice. There is only one larger towel and one smaller towel per person. As I stayed alone I had the second set I could use but had to waste towels mopping the floor after the leak and when caught mid-way through a cold shower.
