Очень комфортные апартаменты. Есть почти всё для комфортного проживания. В помещении чисто и аккуратно. Очень удобное месторасположение: недалеко от вокзала и исторической части города, рядом есть магазин и рынок. Есть только динамика маленький минус: отсутствует электрический чайник, что автоматический лишает возможности утром выпить чашку чая. Но выход найти можно.
Немного было дискомфорта из-за отсутствия электрического чайника. Но выход найти можно.

Location, new flat. I suppose that’s all
It’s a two-storey house; the upper floor is a converted loft. Bear in mind that you’ll have to rack your brains for a while at first, as for some reason the owners have fitted light fittings that aren’t recessed into the ceiling but stick out by 10–15 cm (in fact, one was already hanging by a wire when we arrived).
There’s also no microwave in the property, which is a major drawback when travelling with a family.
Furthermore, you aren’t given keys to the car park, so you have to ring every time to ask for the gates to be opened. You need to ring twice – once when entering and once when leaving – as the gates close quickly. It’s a bit of a hassle. They could have fitted a code to the gates or provided a key in exchange for a deposit.
Furthermore, the electronic lock on our door ran out of power and we spent 20 (!) minutes trying to open it. When we rang the host to ask for help, we were given a different code, which also didn’t work as the batteries had run out. When I asked for help to open the door, I was told that there were no staff members in Vilnius, so there was no one to turn to for help (although you’d think there’d be a cleaner with a spare set of keys).
In the end, I managed to open the door. But the very fact that we waited outside the door for 20 minutes, with a hungry child and a wife in hysterics, and as far as I can recall, they didn’t even apologise to me. What’s more, I was told to change the batteries myself. When I realised that I don’t usually take a screwdriver and spare batteries with me on holiday, I was told they would bring them first thing in the morning and that I would have to change the batteries myself, which is what I did.
You’d think it couldn’t be simpler: just change the batteries every six months instead of waiting for negative reviews, but alas.
All in all, quite an experience.
