When we arrived there was a few teething issues with a double booking, manager was called and was quickly offered a solution and provided with drinks whilst we waited. The staff were understanding and acted quickly, the manager is lovely and took good care of us are our rocky start. On site parking, we booked with breakfast which was flexible with time and freshly cooked, my daughter loved her milkshakes and hot chocolates, outdoor covered area for evenings upstairs and down, smaller children's play area. Friendly staff but need a little more training, manager was superb, would be happy to return and plan to, even my daughter who has autism was turned around quickly thanks to the staff/manager after a long day travelling and alton towers. Surprisingly a full refund arrived in my bank account during the journey home, assuming in good faith even though we was well looked after in the end and all resolved quickly. The gesture was very much appreciated and unexpected.

- lack of communication between staff even though contacted the hotel to let them know of Kate check in a few hours before. (Mistakenly double booked by another member of staff) teething issues happen.
- new cleaner needs a little more training on 3 smaller details (like our new room was missing towels and a kettle! (Just a teapot) we was given one and did find it amusing.)

Staff were friendly and food was very good.. Offered amazing Turkish tea at breakfast which is wonderful..
Little miscommunication on breakfast time.. We were told breakfast was from 8am but room didn't open until 8.15 day 1 and 8.30 day 2.. staff said they don't serve until 9 normally

Staff are lovely and the food was very nice.
It was a little dated and my t.v didn't work, I was very tired and never mentioned it to the staff because I went straight to sleep so the t.v issue might have been fixable ?!

I slept OK. A bit cold
The landscape is absolutely steep. The gates for parking get locked which is good but we need information on how to obtain the code to get out. Heating facility needs to be better
