The location was nice and close to downtown Boston and the house was really nice and clean and well furnished. The finishes were HGTV level as far as the bathrooms were concerned, very nice and modern.
The parking spots are not great but better than nothing. We had a mini van so it was very tight, we ended up just parking on the street. We were on the bottom floor apartment. There were 2 different parties that stayed in the apartment on the 2nd floor during our stay and were loud at night. They stayed up late and sounded like a herd of elephants going across the floor. Since the floors are wood, I think it is just something that you have to live with unless people go to bed at a decent hour.

The property was comfortable, warm, and great for a stay for a group of 4 colleagues travelling together. The location and closeness to the train station was really convenient, and it was great to have kitchen facilities to make our stay a little easier on the budget.
Only thing I can suggest as an improvement would be to have an outside grill available for travellers to use.
