Location was brilliant, hosts quickly responded to emails, easy to access key to get in, very comfy bed, beautiful linen and soft (lovely fragrence too!) towels, good WiFi connection
A tea towel would have been handy please - but it didn't detract from the many, many plus points!

Central location. The flat was clean and modern. People who managed the property were helpful.
Windows need cleaning. The shower fittings were a bit loose and one of the burners on the hob didn't work properly - all of this can be easily fixed. We only stayed three nights, so we didn't want to spend our time emailing to get this fixed.

The location was ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants and not too far from the station. It was very comfortable with all of the amenities needed. Having a washing machine was very useful.
I would have preferred a microwave to the oven in the very small kitchen area for the times I did want to prepare food in the evening, particularly as it was so hot when I was there!
I did find the uneven steps between the upper area with the bedroom and kitchen and the living room awkward when carrying food or drink from the kitchen.

Location was very central
The parking space was very cramped and awkward to get into. The kitchen was too small for anything other than making a hot drink.
