This was my second or third stay in this hotel as it became my favourite hotel in Kalisz. The room had a modern, Scandinavian-style design and was equipped with a tea kettle. Bed was very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, only three minutes walk to to the Main Square with the city hall, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop nearby providing public transport to Galeria Amber and the train station behind it (bus lines 1 and 3).
It would be nice if safe was available in the room.

Śniadanie bardzo ok może brak ciasta jak w innych hotelach. Brak baru. Lokalizacja przy samej starówce zatem w bardzo dobrym położeniu blisko parków i rzeki

Położenie w centrum miasta i przestronny pokój.
Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację w centrum Kalisza. Niestety pobyt zepsuła sytuacja związana ze śniadaniem. Rezerwacja obejmowała pokój trzyosobowy dla dwóch osób dorosłych i dziecka w wieku 10 lat, a w potwierdzeniu wyraźnie zapisano: „Śniadanie wliczone jest w cenę końcową”. Mimo to na miejscu doliczono dodatkową opłatę za śniadanie dziecka. Recepcjonistka nie próbowała wyjaśnić rozbieżności i stwierdziła jedynie, że hotel ma własne ceny, ponieważ Booking jest tylko pośrednikiem. Najbardziej rozczarowało mnie właśnie lekceważące podejście do zgłoszonego problemu. Hotel powinien respektować warunki potwierdzonej rezerwacji albo jasno informować o dodatkowych kosztach przed jej dokonaniem.
