Światło osiedlowej latarni wpadało do mikroapartamentu - zasłony go nie były w stanie zasłonić w pełni, a to trochę przeszkadzało w spaniu. To jedyny minus. Wszystko inne poza tym - OK.

Bardzo czysto, apartament jest dość nowy i świeży. Bardzo elegancka i przestronna łazienka. Duży plus za zewnętrzne rolety! Pomimo braku klimatyzacji, upał nie był w ogóle odczuwalny w pomieszczeniu.

Dużym minusem jest brak kilku kluczowych elementów wyposażenia, pomimo dostępnej przestrzeni. Zabrakło m.in. lodówki (nawet malutkiej), śmietnika poza łazienką, szafki nocnej, stolika przy którym można usiąść (!), stojaka na buty, wieszaków na ścianie przy wejściu, półki na kosmetyki pod prysznicem. Ze względu na powyższe, uważam, że stosunek ceny do jakości jest nieadekwatny.
