Nice building in an interesting area we really got to like, and a short walk to the U-bahn once you find it (map apps default to buses & a tram ten minutes away). Great size apartment, adequately set up, washing machine great, entry arrangements perfect.
Though positive overall, a few details felt like they hadn’t been thought through, just a box ticked. Second bedroom layout with two back to back singles but one table & bedside light felt slightly strange; lighting throughout was short on options, with only an undimmable ceiling light on the main space. Kitchen bin felt like a bathroom one, only four coffee pods for a four-night two-person stay, lots of bare white walls. Tiny TV screen for the space too, if that sort of thing bothers you. Main point is that for such a characterful, high-ceilinged building we felt that 10% more attention to the aesthetic and human side of things would have lifted the experience massively.

Location is very well positioned. It is 5 min distance from metro line, 15 min walking distance from Mariahilfer Straße & 20 min walking distance from Hofburg, and 2 supermarkets are located just across the street (Hofer and Spaar). The living room is awesome. The kitchen is complete, with everything you need for a family traveling with kids.

Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Tolle Ausstattung sogar mit Waschmaschine und Waschmittel, Duschgel und Badesalz. In der Küche gab es Marmelade, Nutella und diverse Gewürze und Öle. Staubsauger verfügbar was bei einem Aufenthalt mit Kind wirklich praktisch ist. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Hofer, Bäcker) direkt nebenan. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe. U-Bahn in 5min erreichbar.
Fernseher ist für die Distanz zur Couch wirklich klein. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Stehlampe oä. Haben dann eine Nachttischlampe aufgestellt. So war es auch am Abend sehr gemütlich.
