The property was spacious, there was definitely enough room for all our family. The furniture and backyard are properly described on the website
We were not aware of extras fees. For example a fee for heating up the pool and the pet fee. The renting description doesn’t include it.

We liked that the house was very, very comfortable close to stores we liked that the extra amenities in the bathroom under the sink was great. We loved the set up in the kitchen. our overall experience in the home was awesome.

We enjoyed the activities the property provided- games, pool, jacuzzi. House and pool was very clean and the owner was very accommodating and responds rapidly. Small house but GREAT use of space. In a nice neighborhood close to shopping and only 15 min away from Strip. Recommend highly for large family.
