Everything was perfect. There was a capsule coffee machine in the apartment and also French Press (Bialetti) machine so you can make coffee how you ever want.
Everything was just like in pictures, and we could find everything for cooking also. It was easy to go to different places in Neustadt or in Dresden.
It was also nice that when there was (not when we visited) some facade work our co-host Sandra asked if everything was ok.
It was also a nice surprise that the bakery was just 200 metres from the apartment. The bread and rolls were perfect.
We had a child with us so we weren’t able to watch the second television in bedroom. The other one was quite old and didn’t work so well - but it didn’t bother us because we weren’t in Dresden to watch television.

The flat is very modern, first floor but there is also a lift. Property is very spacious, huge hallway, big bathroom with bath tub and shower combined. Electric roller shutters are the best, kitche ahd everything we needed although we did not cook, only had breakfast. Neighbourhood is very quiet and residential. Bed mattress was a bit thin and hard for me but not to an uncomforatbel extent.
You need to be prepared to walk at least 10/15 minutes to the nearest tram or bus stop, and there are no shops, restaurants or pubs immeditaley nearby. For us this did not matter as we were mobile with a car and spent ost of our time with family but it might be of importance for those who want to holiday in Dresden. TV in the bedroom did not work but this also was not relevant for us and I am sure if you contacted the hosts, it would be sorted. Price is slightly above other properties in Neustadt but the quality of the flat is also above the average.

Wir (zu zweit) waren 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung (Juni 2025).
Toller Gastgeber! Immer zu erreichen, sehr zuvorkommend und super hilfreich.
Modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sauber und mit guter Grundausstattung in schöner Wohngegend. Wir haben regelmäßig gekocht, die Küche war hierfür gut ausgerüstet. Geräumiges modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine.
Alle Fenster mit Rolläden, angenehm auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen.
Schöner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.
Zu empfehlen, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
