Location is great and although small it’s very cosy!
Everything was great, parking is very tight, but the owner does warn you which is fine.

A really great refurbishment of an old building making the most of the space. In the heart of a lovely village
Mattress was uncomfortable and should be replaced
Parking is down an extremely tight lane and parking in the village is almost non existent

House in the village is lovely, host and staff were very timely, nice layout, felt bright and cosy.
Would stay again here
When we arrived there was an electrical fault meaning no sockets in the living room. However, spoke with host who arranged a spark to come round on the Monday and provided an extension lead from working sockets. Wiring fault which couldn’t be helped. However it did mean that Monday morning was spent sitting with a spark and not out and about.

"Lovely village with good eateries, very friendly people, easy access to Teignmouth, the river and the sea. The Old Chapel was a delight to stay in."
