Fantastic property, rooms much bigger than expected. Great kitchen and dining room; way more crockery and cutlery than for a "standard" 6-8 person house which makes cooking/hosting so much easier. Great location close to Ramsgate front. Fantastic to have driveway parking for 2 cars. Excellent arrival/access instructions. Immaculately clean throughout.

Nothing major. Would be nice to have a mirror in middle upstairs bedroom. Would be great to have a freezer (for making ice-cubes) (we didn't really work out what the double drawer "cooler" was but didn't seem to get cold enough for freezing). Roll of kitchen paper towel would be good, and extra tea-towels. But all minor improvements relative to overall property.

Brilliant location and parking in the property was a bonus. Spacious and clean and a lovely sunny patio. Check in instructions were great.

Just a little note - WiFi is hit and miss especially in the bedrooms. That’s to be expected in Thanet. We went when there was an unexpected heatwave in May so the bedrooms got a bit hot - a couple more fans would have been good - they probably do this in the summer!
