Amazing staff. The location is stunning in a lush tropical hillside. We really enjoyed the trip to the island and the local market. Thank you to manager Yves for being so kind and helpful making sure that we got the most out of our stay.

The setting was absolutely stunning, and in the evening it was very peaceful. Manager Eric was very helpful, taking us on a walking tour between the twin lakes. He also accompanied us to Kigali when we left, and made sure we got to the right bus in the station. That was very kind of him and much appreciated.
Water in bathroom was warm.
The listed amenities are misleading, and many of them wholly incorrect. For example there is no free shuttle, city view or atm-machine, even though they are listed.
Guest house can not be reached by road, but this isn't stated in the information.
Low water pressure. Facilities a little dated.

De locatie is geweldig, de manier om er te komen verrassend leuk, de rust rondom het guesthouse fantastisch.
Het personeel beheerst de engelse taal niet perfect

The views are fantastic and the service from Imfura was great. Food ok.
The guesthouse is a bit dated. Drinks (beer and sodas) not cold.
